Right of Withdrawal

Returns

The buyer bears the costs of returns. All returns must be agreed with Grünfutter in advance (kontakt@gruenfutter.ch).

Notice of Defects

If products are delivered with visible damage to the packaging or contents, the customer must, without prejudice to their warranty rights, immediately file a complaint with the carrier and refuse acceptance. The customer is obliged to obtain written confirmation of the damage from the carrier. All transport damage must also be reported to Grünfutter (kontakt@gruenfutter.ch) without delay. Furthermore, the customer is responsible for inspecting the ordered products immediately upon receipt. Any defects or deviations from the order must be reported to Grünfutter by email to kontakt@gruenfutter.ch on the day of delivery. Grünfutter reserves the right to request proof of the defect.

Limitation of Liability

Claims for damages arising from impossibility of performance, breach of contract, fault in the conclusion of a contract (culpa in contrahendo) or tort are excluded, both against Grünfutter and against our auxiliaries and agents, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
