Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files your browser stores when you visit a website. They can help the shop recognise your cart as you move between pages. Local Storage and Session Storage also save information in your browser, but do not automatically send it to the server with each request.

Why do we use them?

Grünfutter uses browser storage for your cart, sign-in, payments and preferences. Optional analytics helps us understand how people use the shop and improve it.

Which cookies and storage do we use?

checkoutId, saleor_channel

Necessary, first-party cookies: identify your cart and sales channel.

Lifetime: Browser session

deny_all

Necessary, first-party cookie: remembers your optional tracking opt-out.

Lifetime: 12 months; deleted when tracking is enabled again

_ga, _ga_*

Optional, first-party Google Analytics cookies: distinguish visitors and sessions; measure page views, cart additions, purchases and contact actions. Google Tag Manager manages these tags.

Lifetime: Up to 2 years by default, subject to browser and Analytics settings

Saleor sign-in (Local / Session Storage)

Necessary: sign-in status, session renewal and the “Remember me” preference. Access tokens are held in memory.

Lifetime: Until sign-out or deletion; without “Remember me”, for the browser session

Checkout and Payrexx (Session / Local Storage)

Necessary: associate ongoing checkout, payment and saved payment method operations. The payment provider’s own notices also apply on its payment page.

Lifetime: Until completion / cleanup or manual deletion; Session Storage lasts for the session

gf-cms-infobar-dismissal (Local Storage)

Functional, first-party storage: remembers dismissal of an information banner.

Lifetime: Honoured for 24 hours; the stored entry remains until replaced or deleted

Google Maps

Optional third-party content on the contact page. Loading it shares information including your IP address with Google, which may use cookies depending on your browser and Google sign-in.

Lifetime: Depends on Google and browser settings

For details of Google’s processing, see the Google Privacy Policy.

How can you manage your choice?

Optional analytics is initially enabled. Use the link below to disable or re-enable optional tracking. An opt-out lasts for 12 months in this browser on this website. The embedded Google map does not load while tracking is disabled. Your cart, sign-in and payments remain available.

You can also delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Deleting deny_all removes your opt-out. Set the preference separately on other devices or browsers. Opting out does not delete data already sent. Blocking necessary storage may affect shopping.
