Endives

Endive is an excellent forage salad, very well accepted and, thanks to its bitter substances, excellent for digestion. Price per lettuce head. Weight approx. 500g/head – but may vary. Origin – Switzerland! Currently very large lettuce heads 🙂 When ordering multiple heads of lettuce, we also take the total weight into account – it's quite possible that one head is significantly heavier, while another is lighter – thank you for your understanding!
